The system features a galvanized steel mesh base layer paired with reflective insulation film; the piping is secured to the mesh in a spiral loop pattern, enhancing the structural stability of the floor. The comprehensive installation process includes site preparation, mesh and insulation layer installation, pipe laying, and pressure testing for system validation. Arc-bending techniques are employed to protect the piping and prevent kinks or damage. This low-temperature radiant heating system ensures even heat distribution and superior floor load-bearing capacity. Our standardized on-site installation is ideal for home heating projects requiring enhanced floor structural strength, and includes rigorous pressure testing to ensure long-term, stable operation.
