On-Site Hydronic Underfloor Heating Installation – Custom Layout for New Homes

Our on-site installation service utilizes high-oxygen-barrier PEX piping, which blocks oxygen infiltration to protect heating equipment; the pipes are resistant to extreme temperatures and durable against aging. We use grid-patterned insulation underlayment to precisely control pipe spacing and customize the coil layout based on room dimensions. The installation process includes floor leveling/prep, insulation layer installation, pipe securing with clips, and manifold connection, followed by a final hydrostatic pressure test. We strictly control pipe bending radii to prevent kinks and install perimeter expansion strips to buffer the thermal expansion and contraction of the backfill layer. Suitable for various home layouts, the system supports cement backfilling and delivers uniform radiant heat without localized overheating; it operates silently without drafts, providing a stable, long-lasting heating solution for new homes.
